GREAT SOUTHERN NETBALL REGION

OVER 30’S CARNIVAL

SUNDAY 17^th JUNE 2012

Hosted by Katanning Netball Association

At the Katanning Leisure Centre,

(4 indoor international standard courts)

Pemble Street,Katanning.

Team Nomination fee is $35.00 (non-refundable if withdraw after nominations close and/or will be invoiced)

Entrance Fee:  Player $4.50

Spectators:      $1.50

Players who are not affiliated with Netball WA must use a Netball WA Game Voucher, which is $10.00 per player and covers that player for the day.

Umpires will be supplied by the Great Southern Netball Region Academy.

PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED

All participants must adhere to the Players “Creed”

Starting time subject to nominations

Please complete nomination form and return no later than 11^thJune 2012.
